Melges 24 Charleston

Two or three of the Charleston, SC Melges 24s are practicing and racing on Wednesday, October 11. Henry McCray is graciously serving as Race Committee and on the water coach.

The M24 “Wireless” will be on the water with the crew Will Schaller (bow, wind, waves), Bill Park (jib, tactics), Ned Goss (spinnaker, boat speed) and Reggie Fairchild (holding the stick).

Steve Kopf’s “Blurr” will be racing after an afternoon of practice with Michael Miller. Miller may be jumping off the boat at 4 p.m. to head to work.
Both “Blur” and “Wireless” are gearing up for the National Championships in Jacksonville, FL in November.

We are hoping that Greg Harris will be racing “OSA.”
