The CORA PHRF Rating Committee met on January 8, 2007 and decided there were no grounds to change the Melges 24’s rating in Charleston, SC. The Melges 24 will continue to be rated 87 locally.
CORA would like to see the Melges 24 fleet grow so that it can sail as a one-design class more frequently.
I’m up in Michigan getting things arranged so that the US Nationals is a freakishly good event – are there plans for another fall OD series with the Melges?
